Top 20 favorite Italian TV shows to watch for language learners

One of my favorite way to relax is watching TV shows. Learning a language makes one come up with different ways and methods for making things work. So I’ve decided to combine these two in one – I choose a TV show in the original language I’m learning at the moment and watch it with and without subtitles (if I can’t find ones).

This way I am able to hear the naturally spoken language, the informal language, and the slang that often isn’t taught on a course and isn’t written in books. It also gives a unique possibility to get to know the culture and traditions of the language I’m learning.

Today I want to share the list of my all-time favorite Italian shows that you can watch on Netflix or Amazon Prime.
